I live on a country road, dirt, outside of Hartford Alabama. We had a pair of Jack Russells walk into the yard. After talking with neighbors, within a couple of miles, it is evident that the dogs have been dumped. They are as sweet as can be and seem to be getting along well with our resident lab, Roadie.

Our local rescue, the Colorado Animal Rescue in Glenwood Springs, CO has found a younger, female, JRT with only three legs. She is missing her left front leg. She was brought in as a stray in the Glenwood Springs area end of February/beginning of March 2009. We wanted to post her here in case someone was missing her. She is very active and needs obedience training and she is very agressive towards other dogs, cats and maybe other animals. We don't know if she was always like this, or if this is a more recent agression from being lost or in the shelter. She really needs to go home if she has one. We are hoping that maybe someone will recognize her. Here is a picture of her. She is more of a mix between a smooth and rough coat and she is all white on her body with brown on her ears and nose.
