eBay Giving Works Donation Program

MissionFish and eBay have teamed up to bring you eBay Giving Works, a dynamic fundraising platform for nonprofits through trading on eBay. Sellers have the option to donate part or all of their proceeds to RRI. When you buy from sellers participating in the eBay Giving Works program who have designated RRI as their choice of non-profit organization, the money you spend benefits Russell Rescue, Inc. To go directly to the RRI page at the MissionFish site, just click on the Ebay image. How It Works.

Betsy (Tennessee)

Betsy (Tennessee).

Details

My name is Betsy. I am safe, warm, free of pain, and loved now but I am afraid my story didn't start out that way. You see I was out on my own, injured, hungry, covered in fleas, and very scared. After wandering the streets for some time, I was taken to the animal shelter and my future didn't look that promising. Lucky for me though that the shelter has lots of good rescue connections and got my story out into the rescue community. I found my way to SBRET because they have a wonderful new volunteer who just happens to know and love Jack Russells. Oh, I forgot to tell you I am a young (about 1 year old), female Jack Russell weighing in at 13 pounds. My pelvis was badly damaged and I had an injury to my leg also. Thank goodness for the great vets at Anderson County Animal Hospital who agreed to do my surgery which was removing the femoral head (FHO surgery). I am convalescing in my foster home and will gradually regain use of my leg over time. I would sure love my new family to come along and just as soon as the vet releases me I can go to my new home. I walk well on a leash, get along okay with other dogs, and potty outside. Sounds pretty good doesn't it? I have one little thing though and that is I really want to chase the cat so a home with no cats would be best. I am so excited that SBRET and the shelter gave me a chance to have a new leash on life. Email rescue@sbret.com if you are interested in adopting me.

Hi, my name is Huck, and I am a 3-4 year old male Jack Russell Terrier. I love other dogs, cats, and kids, but I also love to escape so you have to keep a close eye on me. A securely fenced yard is a must. If you think you might like to adopt me, please email Tanya at beachblonde71@comcast.net.
